Program Overview

This exclusive bulk bag ordering program is available only to Regional Directors and Co-Directors. It allows your region to access custom bag orders with your logo at discounted rates, helping you promote your region and offer high-performance bags to your players.

Program Highlights

• Customization: Add your region's logo (submit in .png with transparent background and .eps format) to the bag design.

  • Note: All custom bags must still feature the manufacturer’s name, bag series, and TCL stamp (even if the TCL logo is part of your region’s logo).

• Minimum Order:

  • 4 sets per series per color

  • Then in multiples of 4

• Monthly Limit:

  • Maximum of 32 sets (4-bag sets) per manufacturer, per region, every 30 days

• Availability:

  • Some new releases may be restricted.

  • Check manufacturer links to see what’s currently available.

• Shipping & Pickup:

  • No shipping included in pricing.

  • Local pickup only at the Fort Worth location.

  • No Dallas pickup available at this time.

• Sales Tax Exemption:

  • To avoid tax, email your Texas Resale Certificate to [email protected].

• Pricing:

  • You receive a $10 discount off current advertised price.

  • You may resell bags up to $10 over advertised retail.

  Examples:

  • Retail: $80 → Your Cost: $75 → You may sell: $75–$90
  • Retail: $90 → Your Cost: $80 → You may sell: $80–$100

  • Retail: $95 → Your Cost: $85 → You may sell: $85–$105

How to Order – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Place Your Order

• Visit the designated links for each manufacturer (provided separately).

• Log in using your Director/Co-Director email. These products are not visible to the general public.

• Pay for your order upfront – design and production do not begin without payment.

Step 2: Submit Artwork

• Email [email protected] with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Region logo files (.png and .eps)

Step 3: Design Coordination

• Big Tex Gear will initiate a group email including the bag manufacturer to begin the design process.

• Do not contact the manufacturer directly prior to this step.

Step 4: Production Timeline

• Production can take up to 6 weeks after final design approval.

• Help speed things up by:

  • Having your design ready or sketched out.

  • Knowing your vision beforehand (colors, layout, etc.)
